Yoghurt berry fool

Ingredients
  • 5 meringue nests, lightly crushed
  • 1½ cups frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • 1½ cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • ½ cup low-fat custard
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped hazelnuts
 
Method

1. In a large bowl, combine crushed meringue, berries, yoghurt and custard.

2. Spoon mixture evenly into 4 serving glasses. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Serve immediately.

TIP
Instead of berries, you can use well drained canned fruit in this recipe.
