- 10 potatoes, peeled and cut into large wedges
- Cajun spice mix or wedges seasoning
- oil spray
- low-fat natural yoghurt, to serve

1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Place potato wedges on a non-stick baking tray, spray with oil and sprinkle with spice mix.
2. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and golden. Serve with a dollop of low-fat natural yoghurt.
