Get into shape for summer!

Spring is fast approaching and now is the time to start thinking about getting into shape for summer. Not only will you look great but you will feel wonderful as well.

 

Check out our great new exercise programs on our website where you can follow simple routines, demonstrated by professional personal trainers.

 

These programs are designed to be done at home, work or in the park with no equipment necessary. Good luck!

 

New interactive tools available now


We are excited to announce the launch of three new interactive tools on the Find Your 30 Website. Check them out below and see how they can make it easier for you to find your 30.

 

Queensland Step Counter encourages you to monitor your weekly and monthly tally of your steps – so you can see how far you have walked and see how your body measurements are adjusting with the physical activity you are doing.

 

Find Your Activity Centre provides simple and easy exercise routines that have been developed by a qualified personal trainer.

 

Find Your Time Day Planner helps all Queenslanders – regardless of how busy and hectic their life is – to find some time to be active each day.


Your 30 Club reaches 10,000 members


Zoë Mansfield was recently announced the 10,000th member of the Your 30 Club.

 

Zoë finds her 30 everyday by cycling and playing touch football with her friends. Congratulations to Zoë and to all our members for making the club a success. Please continue to encourage your friends and family to join and help them find their 30.


Bridge to Brisbane update


Over 40,000 people have registered for this year’s Sunday Mail Suncorp Bridge to Brisbane fun run on Sunday 30 August. If you’re taking part, don’t forget to wear your Find Your 30 shirt! Proceeds this year go to the Heart Foundation. More information: www.BridgetoBrisbane.com.au
