Winter is here!

The temperature’s dropped, and the blankets have come out of storage. Because it’s cooler, you may have to make an extra effort to get active.

Think of winter as a great opportunity to try a different activity to find your 30. Check out our great new step counter on our website where you can log your pedometer steps and keep track of your progress.

Check out our magazine competition

Take part in our competition to win a choice of a treadmill or an exercise bike valued at over $1500. To enter, purchase a That’s Life (on sale 1 July) magazine and look for the special Find Your 30 insert for instructions. Competition closes Friday, 31 July 2009.

New Step Counter on website

Need encouragement to get active? A pedometer is a great motivator, and with our new step counter you can keep track of the steps you are doing on our website. You can also calculate the calories you are burning, and track your body mass index (BMI) and waist measurement. The step counter can also convert other activities that you are doing to steps. Get started...
